Megan Gilbertson is the Director of Communications for the Arizona Chamber Foundation and is responsible for overseeing Foundation communications across the organization’s research and initiatives, including A for Arizona, Chamber Business News and Arizona Industry Fellows. She also serves as the main liaison between the Foundation and the media.

Before joining the Foundation, Megan served as the Director of Communications for the Arizona Charter Schools Association, handling public relations, media and messaging for all of the Association’s projects. Megan has been quoted in publications throughout the state and has written numerous letters, columns and statements, to help build the Association into the leading voice for Arizona’s public charter schools.

A Minnesota native, Megan got her start in Arizona as a reporter covering everything from education to crime. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from the University of South Dakota. Megan lives in Phoenix with her husband and two young sons. In her free time, she enjoys swimming, biking and exploring Arizona’s campgrounds with her family.
