Phoenix (June 18) – The R Street Institute’s program on Civil Society, Education and Work has selected Arizona Chamber Foundation’s Chief Executive Officer Emily Anne Gullickson for its inaugural Foundations of Conservative Policymaking Fellowship, which brings together diverse leaders committed to careers in public service.
Gullickson will join 15 other professionals from across the U.S. working in a wide array of domestic policy fields, including business, education, workforce development, social services, criminal justice and more to learn about the principles of American conservatism and how these relate to contemporary issues of governing and policymaking.
“I’m thrilled to be selected to participate in this fellowship with such an accomplished group of professionals,” said Gullickson. “I’ve dedicated my career to bettering Arizona, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to dive deeper into the fundamental principles of governing and help to shape the conversation about the future of conservatism in Arizona and across our country.”
